Greanias , John K. Greanias <br /> and Frances A. Greanias is hereby made effective as of October <br /> 14, 1981 . A11 heirs , devisees , legatees , personal representatives <br /> and assigns of the parties to this agreement sha11 be bound by <br /> the terms of this agreement. <br /> 2 . The name of the partnership shall be "Greanias Farms" . <br /> - 3 . The principal place of business of the partnership <br /> shall be 4686 Powers Boulevard, Decatur, I1linois , and at such <br /> farms or other places as may be agreed upon by the partners . <br /> 4. ihe partnership sha11 engage in the business of <br /> � farming, together with all other business necessary and related <br /> tnereto, as shall be agreed upon by a majority of the partners . <br /> 5 . The partnership shall continue during the joint <br /> lifetimes of a majority of the partners . <br /> 6 . Each of the partners sha11 have an equal vote in the <br /> management of the partnership business . Except as otherwise <br /> stated, a11 management and policy decisions shall be by a majority <br /> vote, each partner being entitled to one vote . <br /> 7 . For the general conduct of the business , a11 partners <br /> sha11 be consulted so far as practicable; but for the purpose of <br /> harmonizing the policies and practices of the partnership and of <br /> securing uniformity and continuity in the conduct of its business , <br /> the general daily management decisions , except as otherwise <br /> provided in this agreement, sha11 rest in John K.
