H. 4 fire hydrants, at a minimum, shall be installed on the site such that there is one <br /> in the general location of each corner of the site as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> Fire hydrants shall be in accordance with City standards and specifications and <br /> each fire hydrant shall be directly connected to an 8-inch water main. Additional <br /> hydrants shall be provided as deemed necessary by the City and directed by the <br /> City Engineer to provide adequate fire protection coverage and management of <br /> the water quality in the mains. <br /> I. All private services shall be installed and metered in accordance with City <br /> standards and specifications. Meters shall be installed in traffic bearing, below <br /> ground enclosures unless above ground enclosures are provided. The City will <br /> not reimburse for the cost of any private services. <br /> J. RICHLAND shall submit to the City Engineer a set of as-built drawings showing <br /> the actual constructed location of all public water system improvements. The <br /> drawings shall be to a scale and format acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> K. Richland Community College requesting, in writing, to the City's Director of <br /> Engineering & Infrastructure the reimbursement for the cost of the Farm Progress <br /> City public water system improvements. This request shall include: <br /> a. An itemized billing for the work <br /> b. A copy of the contractor's lien waiver. <br /> c. Written evidence that prevailing wages were paid. <br /> d. Written evidence that all required easements have been dedicated to the <br /> City. <br /> The City will, in writing, notify Richland of the City's acceptance for ownership and <br /> maintenance the Farm Progress City public water system improvements after it has <br /> determined that the conditions of the agreement have been satisfactorily met. <br /> 6. The provisions of this agreement shall supersede the provisions of any <br /> ordinance, code or regulation of the City which may be in conflict with the provisions of <br /> this agreement. <br /> 7. This Agreement shall be binding on the heirs, successors and assigns of the <br /> parties hereto, as provided at 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-4, and shall run with the land, subject <br /> to the terms of paragraph 10 below. <br />
