That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 04-29, Sanitary Sewer <br /> Trenchless Point Repairs, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Tele Scan, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
