Alexander, Director of Water Management �� <br /> SUBJECT: Radio Path Survey <br /> Water System Improvements -Phase I <br /> Water Capital Project W0328 <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: I� <br /> Council adopt the attached resolution approving an agreement for a Radio Path Survey with <br /> Wunderlich-Malec Environmental at a cost not to exceed $10,300. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> In April, Council approved an engineering services agreement with Strand Associates for this <br /> project. Per the agreement, Strand has obtained radio path survey proposals and recommends <br /> that Wunderlich-Malec be retained to provide the survey, which is necessary to determine the <br /> most effective way to link the City's water sites by radio telemetry. Wunderlich-Malec is the <br /> least expensive of the four firms that submitted proposals to Strand. The proposal summaries <br /> are: <br /> Wunderlich- L.W.
