City staff recommends approval. 853 N. Church-NSI#200401675. Case started 6-2-04. Owner, Kenneth Loman, is deeeased with no known heirs. House is in a severe state of deterioration inside and out. Roof has open holes, windows are broken out and doors have been kicked in to allow entry to unknown persans. Interior strewn with garbage and waste. Garage is being used as a neighborhood dumping ground. 1618 E. Decatur-NSI#20040096Q. Case started 3-19-(}4. Citifinancial Services is named as the owner. House is in a severe state of deterioration ail around. Utilities terminated. Open holes in roof and interior has e�ensive mold prablem. Hause has been abandoned and is the subject of numerous neighborhaod complaints. 126 N. Illinois-NSI#200202538. Case started 7-19-02. Charles Muehlebach, deceased, is named as the ownet. House is standing apen and abandoned, and has been gutted by fire, beyond repair. House and yard is being used bq the neighborhood as a dumping ground for gazbage and debris. The City has had to do numerous cleanups at this property. Utilities terminated. 755 E. Johns-NSI#2001Q4487. Case started 11-16-01 as a regular housing case, but was unable to be resalved through the caurt. Phil Taylor named as owner. This is a multiple family structure with severe structural deterioration, which has caused some of the e�erior walls to collapse. Open holes in roof and the entire interior covered with mold. Virginia McKee named as owner. Unable to resolve with a regular housing case. Partially boarded and abandoned. Gutted by fire during course of the case. Severe state of deterioration all around.
