Case started 7-15-02. Marty Collins named as the owner per <br /> CFD from previous owner. Standing open and abandoned. Severe state of deterioration all around <br /> and fire damaged. Case was started 1-22-04. Timothy and Rebecca Binkley <br /> named as the owners. Partially boarded and abandaned. Severe damage all around from <br /> suspicious fire that resulted in a fatality. Abandoned by the awners. Subject af neighborhood <br /> complaints. <br />
