The pricing for each succeeding year will increased by a factor equal to the US Department of Labor's "Consumer Price Index"for the year. Pricing for Our Services (Sn 10.2) o Training and risk services are provided at the rate of $125 per hour, or $850/day, whichever is less. o TPA Services include, but are not limited to: ■ Taking the initial loss report ■ Opening the claim file on FileHandler ■ Initial triage of claim to determine immediate course of action ■ In-house phone claims handling activities ■ Coverage analysis/Policy review ■ Assigning field work to Frontier Adjusters offices and monitor activity ■ Set and maintain appropriate reserve levels by claim feature ■ Maintaining notes/diaries/reports on FileHandler ■ Make claim payments ■ Manage litigated files including work with defense counsel ■ Manage subrogation and/or collection acrivities ■ Compile, generate and manage customer reporting ■ Close file o TPA Fees will be billed as follows: ■ Report only/"no-claims"claims will be billed at$250.00 ■ $350.00 fee per claim per feature for all TPA activities for the life of a property damage only loss ■ $675.00 fee per claim per feature for all TPA activities for the life of the claim (non-litigated files) � $975.00 fee per claim per feature for all TPA activities for the life of the claim (litigated files) F Actual out-of-pocket expenses including all LAE expenses as defined in the Loss Adjustment Service Agreement will be billed at face value ■ We will retain 30% of collections from subrogation activities ■ SIU fees will be billed at actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred from a third party provider or$60 per hour for our internal SN efforts.
