Love, <br /> Neighborhood Programs Manager at 424-2777 (l�jl(c�decaturnet.org) or Terry <br /> Cunningham, Neighborhood/Housing Planner at 424-2795 <br /> (tcunnin�ham(udecatur�let.org). <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> $500,000 in HOME funds, available immediately. The funds must be committed to <br /> specific projects within two years of grant execution, and expended within five years. As <br /> with all HOME projects, a 25% matching contribution of non-federal funds is required. <br /> Any projects undertaken with this grant are expected to include sufficient sources of <br /> matching funds (e.g., from IHDA, private lending institutions, and other project sponsors) <br /> and no further commitment of City funding is anticipated. <br />
