RESOLUTION NO. R2004-101 <br /> RESOLUTION RENEWING <br /> JOINT CUSTODY ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION <br /> FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF CHICAGO <br /> -FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DECATUR- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the First National Bank of Decatur utilize the services of the Federal <br /> Reserve Bank of Chicago for the custody of securities pledged to the City of Decatur, Illinois or <br /> to any of its agencies or departments, upon tern�s and conditions prescnbe by the Federal Reserve <br /> Bank of Chicago. <br /> Section 2. That such securities deposited for custody with the Federal Reserve Bank of <br /> Chicago may be accepted or released from custody to First National Bank of Decatur upon the <br /> signature of the Finance Director or Comptroller. <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the First <br /> National Bank of Decatur together with a certificate attesting to the names and signatures of the <br /> present incumbents of the of�ces described above, and that the City Clerk further certify to the <br /> bank from time to time the signatures of any successors in office of any of the present incumbents. <br /> Section 4. That the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago shall be fully discharged from all <br /> liabilities or responsibility for any action carried out in accordance with the Resolution and it shall <br /> be entitled to rely on this Resolution until it receives express written notice to the contrary in the <br /> form of a certified copy of a subsequently enacted Resolution. <br /> Section 5.
