Perry, Purchasing Supervisor�-� <br /> SUBJECT: Cargo Van Bids <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Joe Hotze Ford, <br /> Inc. to furnish one (1) 2004 Ford E-250 full size cargo van. <br /> BACKGROUND: This van will replace a 1994 GMC van currently in use. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Water Services requested the van replacement and Fleet <br /> Maintenance wrote the bid specifications. They recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 875-4820, Deborah M. Perry, Purchasing <br /> Supervisor 424-2762. Phil Wilhelm will be at the City Council meeting to answer any questions <br /> the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $16,017.08 from Equipment Replacement Fund. <br />
