RESOLUTION NO. R2004-54 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> BAY SHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER <br /> CITY PROJECT 04-09 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 04-09, Bay Shore Drive <br /> Sanitary Sewer, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of HCS Lynch Construction, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
