(C) Payment of Costs. The Developer (and all parties claiming rights hereunder (including (A) <br /> above) through the Developer) shall pay to the Municipality all costs and expenses (including, without <br /> limitation, the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel) incurred by the Municipality in connection <br /> with this Section 16 or the enforcement hereof. <br /> (D) Successors and Assigns; Beneficiaries.
