That the proposed improvement shall consist of Cold milling 0 to 1.5 inches of existing street surface&overlaying <br /> with 1.5 inches bituminous concrete. Resurfacing with 1.5 inches bituminous concrete on streets not requiring <br /> cold milling. <br /> and shall be constructed wide <br /> and be designated as Section 04-00408-00-FP <br /> 2.
