We feel the enclosed work will <br /> provide you with quality control for the management of the dredge work and will also <br /> simplify the work to be performed based upon the software technology purchased with <br /> the dredge equipment. The following is an explanation of the Scope of Work we plan to <br /> perform for the City of Decatur. <br /> 1. Project Management and Administration. <br /> We estimate approximately 8 hours to set up computer and survey files for <br /> this work. We have included some management time to coordinate of�ce <br /> and field activities as well as communicate/coordinate wark with the City. <br /> Hours: 8 <br /> Cost: $ 654 <br /> 2. Survey Services <br /> • We will collect, compile and coordinate available existing information <br /> provided by the City of Decatur, the Illinois State Water Survey and from <br /> Dredge Supply Company to assemble and upload along with our � <br /> information into the WINOPS system to be used in the dredging project. I <br /> • We will set a vertical Benchmark on the Mobilization Site shoreline wall <br /> for your use in collecting vertical information and monitoring the dredging <br /> operation within Basin 6. <br /> • We will provide the City of Decatur with approximately 16 cross sections <br /> at approximately 800 foot intervals from south to north over the full width <br /> and along the basin's approximate 12,000 foot length. We will set lath <br /> and ribbon along both shorelines to keep our crew on line to collect the <br /> necessary x, y, z coordinate information at 50 foot intervals along each <br />
