'� <br /> BACKGROUND: �'�� <br /> In 1990 the City extended a 6 inch water main to service the Boiling Springs area located south <br /> of Route 121, west of the Decatur city limits. Residents along this water line have periodically ' <br /> requested permission to tap into the main to service their properties which are located outside of ', <br /> the City limits and outside the City's water service area. To service these properties, a Water ��' <br /> Service Agreement must be entered into between the City and the property owners.
