� Deliverv Items: <br /> The final products produced for this project will be the following: <br /> • Annexation polygons aligned to Macon County's parcel base map in both an ESRI <br /> shapefile and ESRI personal geodatabase format. <br /> • A table in listing the acreages per year of right-of-way annexations in either a Microsoft <br /> Excel or Microsoft Access format. <br /> ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br /> The Contractor agrees to commence the work under the Contract immediately upon its <br /> execution by the City of Decatur and to continue diligently thereafter until all the work, <br /> services and materials as covered under this Contract are completed. The overall completion <br /> date for the entire project shall be three to four months from the receipt of the digital <br /> annexations. <br /> Mapping Fees and Payment <br /> • A. The City of Decatur shall pay the Contractor the sum of Nine Thousand Four Hundred <br /> Thirty Nine and 00/100 Dollars ($9,439.00) as compensation for the work, services, and <br /> materials as provided under this Contract. <br /> B. It is agreed by and between the parties that the Contractor will submit monthly progress <br /> billing reports to the City of Decatur. The billings are in the nature of status reports. <br /> The City of Decatur agrees to make payments to the Contractor within 30 days of receipt <br /> of the monthly progress billing report invoice. <br /> Further Provisions <br /> A. This Contract is the only and entire agreement between the parties. Any agreement prior <br /> to the date of this instrument either verbal, written, or implied is now null and void. <br /> B. The Contractor's performance of this Contract is conditioned upon the nonoccurrence of <br /> a strike, fire, flood, disaster, rationing, governmental intervention, or other cause beyond <br /> the Contractor's reasonable control which materially increases the cost or difficulty of the <br /> Contractor's performance. <br /> C. This Contract contains the complete Contract between the parties.
