R2004-03 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> FOR FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Administrative F1elcible Spending Account II Agreement, between <br /> Consociate, Inc., doing business as Consociate Group, and the City of Decatur, for the period <br /> January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004, presented to the City Council herewith be, and the <br /> same is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to create such bank accounts and <br /> appoint agents as is deemed necessary for the effective administration of the Fle�uble Spending <br /> Account II Agreement. <br /> Section 3.
