We are suggesting that this is a basic outline of inechanical repairs needed <br /> at this time and possible additional work will ba required in the future_ <br /> Heatin� and Temnerature Controls <br /> The above price includes the following. <br /> 1. Furnish a�id install approximately 46 steam traps the have been idenYified anci <br /> faulty. <br /> 2. Furnish and install a temperature contral systam located in the basement that will <br /> allow eontrol of steam zones and add additional staging ofboilers. <br /> 3. Repair approximatcly 8 steam valvcs that ha�•c dcvelopcd lcaks in the boilcr <br /> room. <br /> 4. Repair existing condensatc piping system that has deteriorated and corrodcd <br /> inside piping causing blockage and not allowing adequate heat in several. areas of <br /> thc building. <br /> 5. Furnish and install the proper steam relief valves for the boilers that wcre installed <br /> improperly by provious heating contractor. <br /> The abova iterns are the most criticaJ at tlxis time. Additional work wiil also be <br /> needed to upgrade boilers to furnish heating to building.
