• � a . <br /> GRANT OF , <br /> PERMANENT EASEMENT ' <br /> The Grantor, the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation, for and in <br /> consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable <br /> consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and <br /> warrants to the Decatur Park District, a municipal corporation, its successors <br />' and assigns, a right-of-way easement for the purpose of constructing, <br /> maintaining, repairing, operating and replacing a river observation platform, <br /> said easements as shown on the attached plat, together with all necessary <br /> equipment and facilities incident to the constructing, maintaining, repairing, <br /> operating and replacing said river observation platform, on, over and across <br /> the following described property: <br /> That part of the South half of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) <br /> of Section 22, township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. <br /> lying north of the Southerly Bank of the Sangamon River and <br /> West of the right of way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, <br /> Excepting therefrom that property deeded to the Decatur Park <br /> District as recorded in Book 670, page 230 and Book 677 on page <br /> 551 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macan County, <br /> Illinois <br /> with a PERMANENT EASEMENT to Decatur Park District and the public, <br /> said permanent easement to be for ingress and egress for the purpose of access <br /> to the said river observation platform. This ingress and egress easement to be <br /> 35 feet in width over the following described land and as shown on the plat <br /> attached: � <br /> Commencing at a point on the North line of the South half of the <br /> NE 1/4 of said Section 22, said point being 365.02 feet West of the <br />
