That the agreement for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of the premises <br /> commonly known as 2552 Midiron Drive, be, and the same hereby is, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
