J. Swartz Co. <br /> to do office renovation in the Human Resources suite. <br /> BACKGROUND: This project will renovate a portion of the file/kitchen area in the Human <br /> Resources suite into an office for the training officer. All the existing offices in this suite are <br /> currently being occupied. Using the space as an o�ce is more efficient than it currently is being <br /> used. <br /> The low bidder has provided the City with the necessary bonding requirement required for this <br /> project. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Human Resources requested this renovation be done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Jerry Bauer, Management Services Director 424-2805, Deborah M. <br /> Perry, Purchasing Supervisor 424-2762. Jerry Bauer will be at the council meeting to answer <br /> any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $8800 from General Fund. <br />
