RESOLUTION NO. I�' <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF CHANGE ORDERS <br /> SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT OFFICE AND LAB EXPANSION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2000-31 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the agreement between Christy-Foltz, Inc., and the City of Decatur be, <br /> and the same is hereby, modified to authorize Change Orders No. 16 through 21 for an additional <br /> cost of$5,601.34. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Water Management and the City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby authorized to execute such Change Orders as are necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
