Provision Chan e <br /> 14.9 Contractor hereby agrees that this Contract may be assigned by Owner to DHA <br /> and to any project lender as security for Owner's obligarions to any such party, and <br /> agrees to execute such documentarion evidencing Contractor's consent thereto as shall <br /> be reasonably required by such assignees. <br /> 14.10 Contractor represents that (i) Contractor has carefully reviewed the Contract <br /> Documents,(ii)the Con�act Documents are complete,and(iii)the Contract Documents <br /> are sufficient to enable Contractor to construct the Work for the Contract Sum, within <br /> the contract time and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, in accordance <br /> with all laws, regulations, and other government requirements, and otherwise to fulfill <br /> all Contractor's obligations hereunder. Contractor represents that Contractor has visited <br /> the Site,examined and made itself fully familiar with all conditions affecting the Work, <br /> and affecting the Site and has correlated Contractor's observations with the <br /> requirements of the Contract Documents. If Contractor performs any Work in <br /> accordance with the Contract Documents which Contractor lmows, or a fust class <br /> contractor upon reasonable inquiry should have known, to be contrary with any <br /> applicable laws,ordinances,rules,regularions,and lawful orders of any public authority <br /> bearing on the performance of the Work, Contractor shall assume full responsibility <br /> therefor and shall bear all costs attributable thereto,including any necessary alterations. <br /> Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract <br /> Documents or,where required,approved(or approved as noted)shop drawings,product <br /> data or samples for such portion of the Work. <br /> 14.11 Contractor shall enter into Subcontracts for at least 20%of the Cost of the Work <br /> with small business firms, minority firms, women's business enterprises, and labor <br /> stuplus area firms. <br /> 14.12 Contractor agrees to be bound by, and to cause each Subcontractor to be bound <br /> by, the terms and conditions of that certain Project Labor Agreement between Owner <br /> and The Decatur Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO dated June 25, <br /> 2003, a copy of which has been furnished to Contractor.
