In accordance with the Agreement presently existing between the City <br /> of Decatur, an Illinois municipal corporation (the "Cit}��, and Prairieland, the City agees to <br /> indemnify and hold harmless Prairieland from any loss or liability associated with the release of the <br /> vehicle to the person identified herein.
