' y � �Ih� Ho�C� � � � o � �1�at�,Coo�k.Od1��9 ''� _ 1133 Roselawn Ave.,St.Paul,MN 55113 (651) 488-8933 Exhibit A: Proposed Scope of Work * It is the responsibility of the Contractor to set and control the pricing of a11 advertising space on the buses in accordance with local ma.rket economic conditions and the best interests of the contractor and the City (transit operator). *The Contractor sha11 control the use of all advertising space on the buses giving the City the specific option of use of any unsold space for it's own use in which event City will supply such signs to Contractor at City's own expense. *Contractor sha11 be responsible for all solicita.#ion and negotiation of bus advertising contracts which sha11 maintained by Contractor and be available to City upon request. *Contractor sha11 be responsible to maintain all advertising eopy to the highest standards of the industry and refuse all objectionable, inappropriate and illegal advertising content. It shall also be the prerogative of City to request removal of any anc! all advertising signage that it deems inappropriate, illegal, or objectionable to displayed on its buses. *Contractor sha11 have sole responsibility of arranging and placement of signs on the buses. City shall be responsibility to furnish, install and maintain sign frames on the buses. City shall also be responsible for removal, storage, and replacement of advertising signs and frames on any buses it finds necessary to clean or repair. *Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of advertising contracts including invoicing, collection and legal aspects pertaining to such matters.
