Study Session Agenda: Insofar as possible, all items of a major or controversial nature <br /> shall be placed on a study session agenda prior to being placed on the City Council <br /> agenda. It shall be the responsibility of all Department Directors to consult with the City <br /> ' Manager before placing a questionable topic on the regular City Council agenda. <br /> Study Session Schedul� It shall be the responsibility of the City Manager's office to <br /> schedule Council study session discussions following a regular meeting at the request of the <br /> Mayor and/or two (2) members of City Council or as agenda items warrant. <br />
