Perry,Purchasing Supervisor r�.p <br /> SUBJECT: Bids for Pick Up Truck <br /> SUMMARY RECONIlV�NDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Bob Ridings to <br /> furnish one (1) 2004 Ford F250 regular cab 3/4 ton pick up truck with snow plow. <br /> BACKGROUND: Replaces a 1997 Ford pick up truck currently in service. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Vehicle was requested by the Street Division and Fleet <br /> Maintenance wrote the bid specifications. Both recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 875-4820, Deborah M. Perry, Purchasing <br /> Supervisor 424-2762. Phil Wilhelm will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the <br /> council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $23,825 from Equipment Replacement Fund. <br />
