Harris, do hereb�� certify that I am the fully qualified and actin� City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and as sucli City Clerk, I am the keeper of the seal, records and files of the City of Decatur. I do further certify that at a duly constituted and leaally convened meeting of the City Council of the City of Decatur, held on the 29th day of September, 2003, a resolution was adopted in fiill accordance and conformity with the ordinances of the City of Decatur and the statutes of the State of Illinois, as made and provided, and that the followin�is a full, complete and true copy of the pertinent provisions of said Resolution: BE IT RESOLVED, BY TI� CITy COUNCIL OF'I'HE CITY OF DECATUR, II.I.INOIS: Section 1. That the City of Decatur file an application with the State of Illinois in order to obtain capital o ant assistance under the provisions of the Civil Administrative Code of Illi.nois (Part 8.5), 20 ILCS ?705/49 et sea•; the Civil Administrative Code of Illi.nois (Part 9), 20 II,CS �/51; and the General Obligation Bond Act, 30 II.CS 330/4. Section ?. That the City Manager, the City Clerk and.the Corporation Counsel of the City of Decatur be, and the.� are hereby, authorized and directed to execute and file such Application on behalf of the Ciry of Decatur. Section 3. That the Mass Transit Administrator of the City of Decatur be, and he is hereby, authorized to furnish such additional information as may reasonably be required by the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Public Transportation, in connection with the aforesaid application.
