7 . Records . The Authority shall keep daily records of money <br /> receipts and transmit the same to the City upon request . Further, <br /> tickets, receipts or other documents or instruments used to <br /> substantiate the records, books or accounts of the Authority shall <br /> be maintained by the Authority subject to examination, inspection <br /> and audit of such records, books and accounts at any and all <br /> reasonable times by the City. <br /> 8 . Insurance. The City and Authority have heretofore entered <br /> into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement pertaining to <br /> mutual self-insurance and purchase of various types of insurance <br /> coverages, including, but not limited to, comprehensive general <br /> liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage, workers <br /> compensation insurance and surety bonds . The coverages under said <br /> Agreement include but are not limited to theft, libel, slander, <br /> defamation, invasion of privacy, false arrest, false imprisonment, <br /> unlawful detention and such other coverages as were deemed <br /> necessary by the parties hereto. <br /> 9. Law. The Authority, in fulfillment of its responsibili- <br /> ties hereunder, shall abide by all Statutes of the State of <br /> Illinois and all ordinances of the City of Decatur, Illinois with <br /> regard to fair employment practices, and the Authority shall <br /> further, in the performance of this Contract, in no manner <br /> discriminate among persons or employees or otherwise for any <br /> purpose based upon race, color, religion, sex, national origin, <br /> -4- <br />
