r <br /> • • '' , <br /> The proposed intersection improvements significantly impact the properties along Mound Road <br /> on the east side of Route 51, primarily as it relates to access. For the Soules' property (214 E. <br /> Mound Rd.), the City will be paying $935 for the right of way and a temporary easement and <br /> $34,665 for proximity damages to the property. These damages include a reduction in the access, <br /> landscaping damage and the general impact of the street improvements on the residence. For the <br />' Hunt property (3815 Constant View), the City will be paying $1,610 for the right of way and a <br /> temporary easement and $9,650 for proximity damages. The proximity damages include the <br />' relocation of a driveway, relocating a fence, landscaping damage and the general impact of the <br /> street improvements on the property. The street improvements will move the roadway even <br /> closer to these residences that are already fairly close to the road. <br /> To date, right of way has been purchased from the properties located at 3810 Constant View <br /> ($435), 140 West Mound Road ($787.50), and 120 West Mound Road ($1,570).
