No.: 1-5-35340 University of Illinois AMENDMENT NO. 07 TO STANDARD RESEARCH AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 07 TO STANDARD RESEARCH AGREEMENT 95-163 between The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, and the City of Decatur, hereinafter designated as the Sponsor. WHEREAS, the parties identified above have entered into a Standard Research Agreement No. 95-163 entitled: "Watershed Monitoring of Lake Decatur Watershed" the original term of which Agreement commenced on May 1, 1995, and the term of which Agreement including all extensions thereof, if any, will terminate on December 31, 2003; and WHEREAS, said parties desire to amend such Agreement as follows: Extend such Agreement beyond the date of termination indicated above and fund such Agreement beyond the date of termination indicated above in accordance with the work entitled "Watershed Monitoring of the Lake Decatur Watershed", (Exhibit A attached and incorporated), THEREFORE, said parties now mutually agree to amend this Standard Research Agreement No. 07 under the same terms and conditions as set forth in the original Agreement with subsequent amendments and addendums, effective as of 8/1/03 and extending through December 31, 2004. The Sponsor agrees to provide for the expenses of the Agreement by paying to the University the additional sum of$41,087, as follows: Upon execution of Agreement $6,848 November 1, 2003 $6,848 February 1, 2004 $6,848 May 1, 2004 $6,848 August 1, 2004 $6,848 November 1, 2004 $6,847 This Amendment of the aforesaid Agreement is executed effective as of the 1 St day of August, 2003.
