If the land is"commercial real estate,"as defined in the Commercial Real Estate Broker Lien Act(770 ILCS 15/1 et seq.), ' <br /> there are no written agreements with any"broker," as defined in the Real Estate License Act of 1983, nor has anyone <br /> provided licensed services that resulted in the procuring of a person or entity for the purpose of buying, selling, leasing, <br /> subleasing, or otherwise conveying or acquiring any interest in the land, except the following, if any: <br /> 2. That in the event the undersigned is a mortgagor: <br /> a. That the mortgage or trust deed to be insured under the referenced commitment number and the note or bond secured <br /> thereby are good and valid in all respects and free from all defenses; <br /> b. That any person purchasing said mortgage and note or bond, or any of them, or otherwise acquiring any interest therein, <br /> may do so in reliance upon the truth of the matter herein recited; <br /> c.
