ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> This Annexation Agreement made by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> municipal corporation ("City") and ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY, a <br /> Delaware corporation ("Owner"). <br /> WHEREAS, ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY is the owner of the <br /> following described �remises: <br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of <br /> Section Thirty-three (33), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three <br /> (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian, EXCEPT the South 20 acres <br /> thereof, AN� EX�EPT a right of way along, over, above and across the <br /> East 16.5 feet of said described real estate, AND EXCEPT beginning at a <br /> point 609 feet WE�st of the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE <br /> 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, on the North <br /> line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) <br /> of said Sectian 33, thence West 717.6 feet to the Northwest Corner of the <br /> Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said <br /> Section 33, tl�enr.e South 364.25 feet on the West line of the Southeast <br /> Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, <br /> thence East 717.6 feet, thence North 364.25 feet to the place of <br /> beginning, ("Premises"), <br /> which Premises are out:�ide of the corporate limits of the City but contiguous thereto; <br /> ar�d, <br /> WHEREAS, Own�r desires to annex said Premises to the City, but only upon <br /> certain terms and conditions; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City agrees that said terms and conditions, as contained herein, <br /> �ra reasonable and acceptable; and, <br /> WHEREAS, hearings have been held and notice given as required by law. <br /> 1 <br />
