Just for your information, my Parents possessed, and possess, no ill will toward the City due to the inability to <br /> conclude the proposed RET. In the most simple of terms, the parties discussed the issues and negotiated in good faith <br /> �nd�la�ei obtained information that the City (for all practical purposes)was barred from conveying the Real Estate. When <br /> the City and my Parents learned of the restriction in title to the Real Estate, the parties concluded the issue without rancor <br /> or further concern. <br /> If beneficial, we continue to possess (electronic and probably paper) copies of documents herein described.
