start of their employment,unless circumstances prevent the Provider from giving a list within <br /> that time. If the Provider cannot provide a list,or the name of an individual at least ten(10) <br /> working days prior to their employment,it shall do so as soon as possible. The Department <br /> may conduct criminal background checks on the Provider and/or its employees assigned to <br /> work on the Department's premises. The Provider agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the <br /> Deparhnent and its employees for any liability accruing from said background checks. <br /> - 7: UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION <br /> The Provider, its employees and subcontractors under subcontract, made pursuant to this <br /> Agreement, shall comply with all applicable provisions of State and Federal laws and <br /> regulations pertaining to nondiscrimination, sexual harassment and equal employment <br /> opportunity including, but not limited to, the following laws and regulations and all <br /> subsequent amendments thereto: <br /> A.
