City staff and the City's engineering <br /> and construction consultants for this project, Black & Veatch Corporation and Homer L. <br /> Chastain & Associates, LLP, recommend approval of the attached change orders at a cost of <br /> $24,068.76. With approval of these change orders, the total construction change order amount to <br /> date is $24,068.76, which is 1.48% of the original construction bid.
