The above estimated cost is based upon the following assumptions: <br /> 4.1.1 The boring inside the Mound Middle School Building can be advanced to a soil <br /> horizon utilizing a hand or mechanical auger. Restoration of floor tile surfaces <br /> will be addressed by Bodine. <br /> 4.1.2 A total of up to 13 borings will be initiated to depth of approximately 10 fbgs <br /> using a hand or mechanical auger at the previously referenced locations. <br /> 4.1.4 Work is to be conducted during regular working hours with little or no disruption. <br /> 4.1.5 Access to sites proposed for sampling will be obtained by the Client in which the <br /> Client shall make all provisions for Bodine to enter upon public and private <br /> property as required for Bodine to perform services under this Agreement. <br /> 4.1.6 Regulaz turn azound of seven(7)working days for laboratory analysis shall apply. <br /> 4.0 OTHER CONSIDERATIONS <br /> 4.1 The terms of this Agreement shall commence with signing and dating of this <br /> Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions Form by the Client's <br /> authorized representative and shall end upon project completion and final invoice <br /> payment.
