Procurement Compliance Certification. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY certifies that its <br /> procurement system will comply with all applicable requirements imposed by Federal laws, <br /> executive orders, or regulations and the requirements of FTA Circular 4220.1 D, "Third Party <br /> Contracting Requirements,"as amended and revised, as well as other requirements FTA may <br /> issue. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY certifies that it will include in its contracts financed in whole ' <br /> or in part with FTA assistance all clauses required by Federal laws, executive orders, or <br /> regulations, and will ensure that each subrecipient and each contractor will also include in its I�, <br /> subagreements and contracts financed in whole or in part with FTA assistance all applicable I <br /> clauses required by Federal laws, executive orders, or regulations. <br /> K. Intelligent Transportation Systems Program. In compliance with Section VII of FTA <br />' Notice, "FTA National ITS Architecture Policy on Transit Projects," at 66 Fed. Reg. 1459, January <br /> 8, 2001, in the course of implementing an ITS project, the GOVERNMENTAL BODY assures that it <br /> will comply, and require its third party contractors and subrecipients to comply with all applicable <br /> requirements imposed by Section V (Regional ITS Architecture) and Section VI (Project <br /> Implementation) of that Notice. <br /> All of the requirements listed in Part 3, paragraphs A through K apply to the Project. The <br /> GOVERNMENTAL BODY agrees to include these requirements in each contract and subcontract <br /> financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by the Federal Transit Administration <br /> (FTA) or other federal funding sources. <br /> PART 4 <br /> SPECIFIC PROVISIONS <br /> A. Invoices. The amount shown on each invoice shall be in accordance with the rates <br /> established in Part 6.
