� 10 RIGHTS IN DATA 10.1 All work products provided by CONSLTLTANT to CLIENT shall be deemed to be work-for-hire and shall belong to CLIENT ("Work Product"). Methodologies and other instruments of service used to prepare the Work Product shall remain the property of CONSLTLTANT. Any modification of the Work Product without written verification or adaptation by CONSULTANT for the specific purpose intended will be at CLIENT's sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to CONSULTANT or to CONSULTANT'S subcontractors and subconsultants. 11 INSURANCE 11.1 CONSULTANT will furnish to CLIENT copies of insurance certificates evidencing that it maintains � the following coverages while performing Services, subject to the terms and conditions of the policies: I TYPE AMOUNT Workers Compensation Statutory Employers'Liability Each Accident $ 500,000 Disease Polic Limit $ 500,000 , Y Disease,Each Employee $ 500,000 Commercial General Liability General Aggregate $2,000,000 Products—Comp/Op Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence(Bodily Injury&Property Damage) $1,000,000 Automobile Liability Bodily Injury Each Person $ 500,000 Each Accident $1,000,000 Property Damage Each Accident $ 250,000 Or Combined Single Limit(Bodily Injury and Property Damage) Each Accident $1,000,000 Professional Liability $2,000,000 Excess or Umbrella Liability Each Occurrence $1,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000 Contractors Pollution Liability $1,000,000 11.2 CONSiJLTANT will furnish CLIENT with certificates of insurance verifying the above referenced coverages and stating that the insurance carrier will provide CLIENT with thirty days prior written notice of insurance cancellation or reduction below the above listed requirements. CONSLTLTANT shall list the City of Decatur, Illinois, and its officers, employees and agents as additional insured for the Commercial General Liability and the Automobile Liability insurance. The insurance company(ies)providing coverage shall have a rating by AM Best of at least A- and VI.
