Other (Specify) Professional Liability $2,000,000 The City of Decatur, Illinois, and its officers, employees and agents sha11 be listed on ENGINEER'S policies of insurance as additional insureds. The insurance company(ies)providing coverage shall have a rating by AM Best of at least A-and VI. Contractor may purchase a combination of primary policies at lower limits with the remaining limits provided for by an umbrella. THE CITY AGREES, 1. Payment for a11 services listed under Items a through j of section "The Engineer Agrees" of this AGREEMENT sha11 be based on time spent on each of the individual tasks in accordance with the following: A. A service charge, being the actual time each employee is engaged in the pursuance of the work charged in accordance with the attached 2003 "Schedule of Charges". B. Reimbursement of direct expenses for items such as telephone tolls, sample analysis, equipment rental,printing or like direct costs incurred in the pursuance ofthe work at actual cost plus five percent. C. Transportation for a11 employees when engaged in the pursuance of the work at forty cents ($0.40) per mile. The total of our invoicing would be the aggregate of items "A", "B" & "C". We estimate the total cost will be $9,400.00 and will not exceed this amount without further authorization. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED, 1. It shall be the ENGINEER's responsibility, when total monies due the ENGINEER approach a point near 50% of the total fee specified above, to review the work ac- complished and make an estimate showing costs incurred and costs of services still required of the ENGINEER to complete his obligation.
