' - , ` I � � AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE � DOWNSTATE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPERATING ASSISTANCE GRANT AGREEMENT befinreen STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DIVISION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION and THE CITY OF DECATUR CONTRACT NUMBER: 3319 GRANT NUMBER: OP-03-08-IL This Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement dated a December 16. 2002, between the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division of Public Transportation, and the City of Decatur, is made and entered into by and befinreen the parties thereto. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and in such Agreement, the Parties agree as follows: To amend the "Downstate Public Transportation Operating Assistance Grant Agreement" by deleting paragraph 2 of ITEM 2 and replacing it with the following: ITEM 2 - PROJECT BUDGET The Department has approved and agrees to make a grant in the amount of 1 925 156, subject to the limitations contained in this Item, the Act and the Rules. The Approved Project Budget is shown in Exhibit A, attached to and incorporated into this Agreement. The parties hereto agree that the Agreement dated December 16. 2002, between the Parties is in all other respects ratified and reaffirmed and that it continues in full force and effect as hereby amended.
