R2003-81 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT No. l TO DOWNSTATE OPERATING ASSISTANCE <br /> CONTRACT No.3319,GRANT AGREEMENT No. OP-03-08-IL <br /> -ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur approve and execute Amendment No. 1 to a <br /> Downstate Public Transportation Operating Assistance Agreement, contract #3319, grant <br /> #OP-03-08-IL, ("Amended Agreement") with the State of Illinois in order to amend the grant <br /> assistance provided under the provisions of the Illinois Downstate Public Transportation Act (30 <br /> ILCS 740/2-1, et se�c .) <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the Eity Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they <br />� are hereby, authorized and directed to execute and file the Amended Agreement on behalf of the <br />, City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
