That he will save harmless the CITY, any other governmental agency, or any representative of the CITY of any other governmental agency from all claims and liabilities due to activities of himself, his subcontractors, his agents, or his employees and that he will carry insurance to provide such protection as required by the City's Risk Manager. Insurance Cvverage Requirements: 1) General Liability Insurance, with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. 2) Automobile Compensation Insurance, with combined single limit of $1,000,000 for ' each person and $1,000,000 for each accident. 3) Workers' Compensation Insurance in accordance with statutory requirements and ' Employers' Liability Insurance, with a limit of$500,000 for each occurrence. 4) Professional Liability lnsurance, with a limit of$1,000,000 annual aggregate. . i II li ble F deral Statutes State of Illinois Statutes and local 7. That none of the services to be fumished by the ENGINEER shall be sublet, assigned, or transferred to any other party or parties without written consent of the CITY. 9. That all plans, specifications, estimates, plats, and ather documents furnished to the CITY by the ENGINEER in accordance with this AGREEMENT shall be endorsed by him and shall show his professional seal where such is required by law. 10. That payment by the CITY in �ccordance with Sections 3 and 4 of THE CITY AGREES will be considered as payment in full for all services rendered in accordance with this AGREEMENT. 11. That he is qualified technically and is entirely conversant with the design standards and policies applieable to the PROJECT; and that he has sufficien#, properly trained, organized, and experienced personnel to perform the services enumerated herein. 12. That work shall be commenced by the ENGINEER within ten (10) days after City Council approval of the PROJECT. 13. This AGREEMENT may be terminated by the CITY upon giving 15 days notice in writing to the �NGINEER at his last known post office address. Upon such termination, the ENGIPVEER shall cause to be delivered to the CITY all drawings, specifications, partial and compFeted estimates, and data, if any, from soil survey and sub-surface investigations with the understanding that all such material becomes the property of the CITY. The ENGINEER shall be paid for any senrices completed and any services partially completed in accordance with Section 3 of THE CITY AGREES. - 2 -
