That the Agreement authorizing right of way plat preparation services for <br /> Mound Road / Route 51 Intersection Improvements, City Project 2002-35, presented to the City <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., <br /> be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
