That the bid of Ellicott, Division of Baltimore Dredges, LLC, approved by <br /> Resolution R2002-175 be, and the same is hereby, modified to authorize Change Order No. 1 <br /> through Change Order No. 5 for an additional cost of$16,817.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute <br /> such Change Orders as are necessary to effect the intent hereo£ <br /> Section 3.
