RESOLUTION NO. R2003-27 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - GENERAL GOVERNMENT SOFTWARE AND SERVICES- <br /> WHEREAS the City of Decatur, Illinois, is in need of general government software <br /> applications and support services; and <br /> WHEREAS MUNIS, a Tyler Technologies Company, of Falmouth, Maine, has presented <br /> a proposal to the City to provide said software applications and support services. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for application software and support services between <br /> Mi1NIS and the City of Decatur Illinois, to provide the City with application software and <br /> support services, presented to the City Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to sign, seal, and attest said agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 2003. <br /> . --- �, .� <br /> Terry M.
