That the City of Decatur enter into a certain Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation Capital Assistance Agreement, contract #3376, CAP-03-851-FED, ("Agreement") �I <br /> with the State of Illinois in order to obtain grant assistance under the provisions of the Civil I <br /> Administratiue Code of Illinois (Part 8.5), 20 ILCS 2705/49 et sect•; the Civil Administrative Code <br /> of Illinois (Part 9), 20 ILCS 5/51; and the General Obligation Bond Act, 30 ILCS 330/4("Acts"). <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they <br /> are hereby, authorized and directed to execute, seal and attest the Agreement on behalf of the City <br /> of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That the Mass Transit Administrator of the City of Decatur be, and he is <br /> hereby, authorized to provide such inforniation and to file such documents as may be required to <br /> perform the Agreement and to receive the Grant. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 2003. <br /> �: <br /> Y M.
