HBHC <br /> or the City may from time to time designate any other address for <br /> this purpose by written notice to the other party. <br /> 14 . Rictht to Substitute Spaces. During the term of this <br /> lease, and any extensions hereof, the City shall have the <br /> unqualified right to substitute other parking spaces, it may own or <br /> control, in lieu of the original parking spaces provided in this <br /> lease . However, in exercising its right of substitution the City <br /> shall first give HBHC at least thirty (30) days notice of the <br /> change, and the substituted spaces shall be of the like-kind and <br /> quality as the spaces presently leased, and shall be within the <br /> proximity of the HBHC office located at 151 North Main Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois . <br /> 15 . Waiver. Failure or delay on the part of HBHC or the City <br /> to exercise any right, power or privilege hereunder shall not <br /> operate as a waiver hereof. <br /> 16. Prior NeQotiations . This contract constitutes the entire <br /> agreement of the parties hereto and shall supersede all pri_or <br /> offers, negotiations and agreements . <br /> -7- <br />
