Evaluate and assess the program. <br /> Year 5: Continue evaluation and assessment. <br /> BMP No. C.7 <br /> Brief Description of BMP: As a part of updating Citv MS4 maps, perform visual drv weather screening <br /> of the system. <br /> Measurable Goal(s), including frequencies: Over a 5 vear period, perform drv weather screening of the <br /> Citv's MS4 in coniunction with svstem map updates. <br /> Milestones: Year 1: Perform drv weather screening on one quarter of the Citv's MS4. <br /> Year 2: Perform drv weather screening on one quarter of the City's MS4. <br /> Year 3: Perform drv weather screening on one quarter of the City's MS4. <br /> Year 4: Perform drv weather screening on one quarter of the City's MS4. <br /> Year 5: Determine ongoing drv weather screening needs. <br /> Information required by this form must be provided to comply with 415 ILCS 5/39(2000).
