Failure to <br /> provide satisfactory Certificates showing the required insurance shall be cause for the CITY to <br /> terminate any rights of the BOARD under this Lease by verbal notice alone to the BOARD, or <br /> its agent. <br /> 10. Mutualitv. The terms of paragraphs 8 and 9 shall apply in a like manner to the <br /> CITY with respect to its obligation to the BOARD hereunder. <br /> 11. Access. That the CITY'S counsel, engineers, agents or other representatives shall <br /> have reasonable access to the Premises during normal business hours throughout the term of <br /> this Lease for purposes of inspection, survey or other actions preparatory to the development <br /> of the Premises; provided, however, that any activity by the CITY and its agents and <br /> contractors shall not interfere with the educational activities on said Premises. Prior written <br /> notice of entry on the Premises shall be given by the CITY, its agents and contractors to the <br /> principals of Mound and Sunnyside Schools of an anticipated entry on school premises. The <br /> notice shall state the date of the expected entry and the general purpose for the same.
